No.  In order to qualify for membership, applicants must meet the criteria in one or more of the following categories: 

C-Suite

• Have a CXO (or equivalent) title at an organization with 100+ employees and or $1M+ annual operating budget
• OR sit on a board of directors of a company

Senior Leaders & Executives

• CEO, CXO, VP/SVP, and Founders* at mid-market to enterprise-scale companies
  • To calibrate for seniority across company size, we also consider levels from the CEO and size of team managed
  • Senior Directors/Directors at companies with 100+ full-time employees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Builders

• Solopreneurs, Independents, Consultants, Founders, or Fractional Leaders whose past experience includes CXO or VP+ roles at credentialed companies

The application process is designed to be intentional and streamlined, beginning with an invitation to one of our SEAT Suppers. Once you have attended a supper and connected with our community, you will receive a formal invitation to apply. To initiate the review of your candidacy, simply complete the application form and submit the $100 application fee.

We operate on a structured Monthly Application Review Schedule to ensure every candidate receives timely feedback. To be considered for the current month, please ensure your application is submitted by the third Monday. Our membership committee conducts formal reviews on the third Wednesday, and you can expect to receive an official notification regarding your status by the third Friday of that same week. 

Applications received after the monthly deadline will automatically be included in the following month's review cycle.
